Maria Hoyle is a content specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the newspaper and magazine industry. In her native UK she worked as a sub-editor for leading titles including The Daily Mail, Today and The Observer. Since emigrating to New Zealand she has written for a wide range of publications, among them North and South, Stuff, New Zealand Herald, The Spinoff and Dish magazine.
