MPA’s seventh annual Brokers on Non-Banks survey is currently open to uncover broker attitudes towards Australia’s non-bank lenders.
The survey asks brokers to rate the non-banks they have worked with over the past 12 months across criteria including commission structure and interest rates. Last year, 33% of brokers agreed that the main reason they would pick a non-bank over a bank would be that they take a wider view than a customer’s credit score. A further 21% of respondents said that non-banks provide a more personal service.
