How often do you see brokers in a week?
My aim is to see as many business partners as I can who need my assistance. This often means that my girlfriend comes second… but don’t tell her that!

What do brokers want most from you?
Support and flexibility. Because Liberty offers such a broad range of lending options – from prime to custom loans, brokers usually want support when facing lending scenarios they haven’t come across before. How I can help most is by providing quick answers to the tricky questions.

What is your favourite part of the job?
Seeing the joy on a broker's face when I can assist with that tough deal. Often this leads to more deals and greater diversification to their business over time.

What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?
For brokers who take the time to understand a client’s full backstory – this almost always translates to a far greater chance an application is successful.
