To be accessible and available when they need you most.

What is your favourite part of the job?
Being a key asset to a broker’s business and helping them grow and achieve success.

What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?
A well-structured and quality loan application with detailed notes. Also being able to understand credits point of view.

Describe your ideal weekend:
Rugby League season – Watching the whole round of footy from Friday – Sunday.

What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?
A broker had a client that wanted cash out to build a rocket ship. He even sent through the blueprints.

How do you like your steak done?
Medium – marinated in balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. With a side of mushroom sauce.
