How often do you see brokers in a week? 
Approx 3 appts a day

What do brokers want most from you? 
Brokers want you to be available when they require any assistance whether that be on product, process or client enquiries. Always returning calls in a timely manner is most important. Helping brokers build the Loan Protection discussion into their business process which ensures their clients are protected.

What is your favourite part of the job? 
I love working closely with my brokers in embedding the Loan Protection discussion into their business process and making it seamless for them. Its all about ensuring their clients are protected and I always get a buzz when one of my brokers starts protecting their clients.
 
What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with? 
The best brokers to deal with are those that believe in the importance of protecting their clients and are open to including Loan Protection as part of their process.

Describe your ideal weekend? 
Time spent with family and friends over a lovely meal and a good bottle of wine. I am also partial to a massage or two!

What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?

How do you like your steak done? 
Medium to well.
