How often do you see brokers in a week?
3-4 days per week

What do brokers want most from you?  
To answer their call!  Primarily to provide advice or assistance in a situation they are dealing with, sometimes to be a sounding board and/or vent.  A lot of times looking for opportunities to grow in numbers or to join our group.

What is your favourite part of the job?  
People relationship

What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?  
Can do attitude.

Describe your ideal weekend?
Depending on the week I have just had, but it could be getting away and relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book or having a meal with friends and enjoying a good laugh and great company.

What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?  
A purchase of an established property where the house consisted of a Sea Container, they couldn’t understand why the lender wouldn’t see that as a house.

How do you like your steak done?
Medium-rare
