Bell Partners Finances announces launch of new division

Bell Partners Finance, a national financial services firm, has announced the launch of its new asset and business finance division.

Commercial brokers Arthur Peios and Patrick Patacsil, both based in Sydney, have been appointed to spearhead the newest division, according to Mark Stevenson, the managing director of Bell Partners Finance.

“We are delighted to have established this new asset and business finance division with two high calibre commercial lending specialists in Arthur and Patrick,” Sevenson said.

Stevenson said that the asset and business finance division will be working closely with the firm’s business clients as well as partner with its accountants and financial advisers. He added that small and medium enterprise (SME) businesses who were looking for finance were usually not properly serviced by banks.

“They rarely have any understanding of business and how it operates, whereas a broker who specialises in asset and business finance will be on the same wavelength as the business operator,” said Stevenson.

“Also, a broker will be in a much better position to offer a business operator the all-important long-term support. Once the finance commences, brokers help clients manage their finance contracts for the life of the term.”

Patacsil said that many accountants partnered with asset and business finance brokers in order to make sure that their clients were able to receive more personalised service as well as financial solutions that are able to suit their best interests.

“The partnership between an accountant and a broker can result in the client accessing better finance solutions with significantly less effort from the client. The broker can also provide all the required documents to the accountants, streamlining the bookkeeping and accounting for the client's asset purchase,” said Patacsil.
