Finalists revealed for Australian Mortgage Awards

The finalists for the 2018 Australian Mortgage Awards have been announced today.

The awards – supported by event partner Westpac for the tenth consecutive year –  defines excellence in the mortgage and finance industry, recognising the achievements of outstanding brokers, brokerages and industry leaders across a range of categories.

So who made the shortlist? There were 213 finalists this year from nearly 90 companies, representing a true cross-section of the mortgage industry’s best.

Key Media managing director - APAC, Justin Kennedy, said, "Now in their 17th year, the AMAs continue to recognise excellence in the mortgage and finance industry. Competition has been strong this year - in some categories, we have received well over 100 individual nominations. With so much competition, this year is shaping up to be one of the biggest and most competitive AMAs ever.

"I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the finalists. We are looking forward to hosting the event and celebrating with the best in the industry," he added.

As the next step of the awards process, all finalists are invited to complete a submission for an independent panel of judges selected from across the industry, including the heads of some of the major players in the sector.

Winners will be announced at a black-tie awards ceremony on Friday 19 October at The Star, Sydney. To book a table to attend the premier event on the mortgage industry’s calendar, click here; or to find out more, visit www.australianmortgageawards.com.au.
