VOW Financial > Glenn Mitchell
Head of Commercial & Leasing (a new position)

Glenn spent 5 years at Plan Australia , originally to set up their commercial operations where they were writing around $250m pa to now in excess of $1.3billion in 2014. Then 2 years ago appointed Regional Manager Southern region looking after 8 BDM’s in VIC/SA/WA, Glenn’s expertise and passion is in the growth of commercial lending where he was National Sales Manager for Challenger Commercial and Heine Funds Management 

Glenn has worked in the industry for over 30 years, committing over 12 years on the MFAA council and 3 years as State President in Victoria, and does a lot of work for Charities such as Challenge support network for children with Lukemia and Pencof support network for homeless children in Victoria.
 
Better Mortgage Management > Craig Holland
Business Development Manager – NSW and ACT

Craig Holland has 20-year experience in the mortgage industry, and has worked in organisations including Aussie Home Loans, Macquarie Bank and within a Broker Business. Having held both Credit and Relationship Management Roles, his expertise in the technical as well as sales domain makes him an ideal member of our team.

Business Development Manager for Western Melbourne and Tasmania (Luisa replaced Craig White)

Luisa brings both lending assessment and sales experience to her role, having worked in the financial services industry for more than seven years in a variety of roles, including most recently for ANZ as a Senior Lending Manager.

Bluestone Mortgages > Cameron Finnie
BDM Western Australia

After completing his economics degree Cameron commenced employment with AVCO Finance in 1994….I had a brief stint at CBA as a bank manager during the GFC but it was my thirst for non conforming that drove me back to GE Money. My current role is to manage a team of lenders and to ensure we have sourced enough business to keep them busy via outbound solicitation and broker referrals.

A bit about myself :- I am happily married to Melanie with 4 kids  In my spare time which is too infrequent  I like to go fishing and play a bit of golf , I also play indoor beach volleyball once a week but not very well , I love my cricket and AFL and proudly support the blues please don’t hold that against me. I am really excited at this opportunity at Bluestone Mortgages,  I am looking forward to working along side brokers so that we can help as many customers as possible.

Head of Vow Wealth Management (a new position)

I am a self starter with a history of over 30 years in the Financial Planning and Services Industry. I have owned and run a Financial Planning practice and have held several financial executive/sales roles as a contractor in the last seven years. I have been a Business Coach assisting and growing Financial Planning practices in the last four years. 23 years Financial Planner + 5 years Business coaching in the financial Services Industry.

Melbourne BDM

Sophie Kyris has more than 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, having worked as a BDM for a number of groups including Victorian Mortgage Group, AON Warranty Services and Homeloan Services. She has also held customer service roles with AGC/GE Finance and the Commonwealth Bank.

I’m thrilled to have joined Homeloans, because it is such a well-recognised and reputable mortgage provider with a national footprint…Additionally, it’s great to be able to offer my brokers and their customers a wide range of products to suit different needs and stages of life.
 
Australian First Mortgage > Rob Legge
Business Manager for NSW

Rob is a 30 year veteran of the mortgage and finance industry with the last 20 focussed primarily on the third-party space. He has been a DLA holder in credit teams in a number of organisations over the past six years. Prior to joining AFM Rob was with mortgage manager Mortgageport, ING Direct and IMB Ltd.

“We believe the key to a successful BDM is product knowledge and Rob’s credit experience makes him the ideal candidate for his new role.
