What do brokers really think about non-bank lenders?

The Brokers on Non-Banks survey is now open and brokers are urged to let MPA know how they feel non-banks performed in the past year.

In a turbulent year for financial institutions, have the non-banks stepped in to support brokers? This is the big question being asked in this year’s survey, with the best answer awarded a 1L bottle of Grey Goose VX Vodka (valued at $199.99).

The survey also asks who the best performing non-banks are across a range of criteria, such as turnaround times, BDM support and credit policy. Brokers will have the chance to tell non-banks what they can do to improve their service.

Results of the survey will be compiled into the 2018 Brokers on Non-Banks Report, which ranks the best non-banks in each category. The report will be published later this year.

The survey, now in its eighth year, is open until Friday 13 July.
