New executive brings with him extensive, high-level industry experience

Firm Capital MIC appoints new CFO

Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation has introduced its new chief financial officer, Ryan M. Lim.

Lim, who will begin serving in the post effective August 16, has been the CFO of Rapport Credit Union for the past four years. His prior high-level postings were as manager of finance at TD Bank Financial Group, and manager of financial services assurance at Ernst & Young LLP.

As a CPA, CA, Lim brings with him extensive training and background in financial, operations and risk management.

“We look forward to Ryan joining Firm Capital,” said Eli Dadouch, the MIC’s founder, president, and CEO. “We will benefit immensely from his vast experience in the financial services lending industry.”

Interim CFO Sandy Poklar will also be returning to his role as the MIC’s executive vice president of finance effective August 16.

“I thank Sandy Poklar, who, as part of the senior executive management team, for stepping up as interim CFO and for playing an integral role in the operations of the corporation,” Dadouch said.
