Two Ontario Mortgage Alliance operations announce merger

Two Mortgage Alliance operations based in Ontario have announced a merger aimed at offering the network’s suite of products to even more hopeful home owners in the Golden Horseshoe region.

Karen Monteiro (mortgage broker/owner of Mortgage Alliance Maximum Results Financial Services in Cambridge) and Lisette Amalfi (mortgage broker/owner of Oac Mortgages in Dundas) are establishing a union of their franchise operations, to form what will be called Mortgage Alliance Greater Golden Horseshoe.

“Karen and Lisette see the need to have full access to a vast lender network for their clients along with better opportunities for mortgage rates, mortgage agent compensation and mortgage options and products for their existing and future mortgage clientele. They can achieve this and more by joining teams,” the announcement stated.

The merged entity will serve clients in the cities of Cambridge and Hamilton, along with those in Waterloo, Guelph, Wellington, Niagara, St. Catharines, Burlington, Halton, Peel, York, Toronto, Durham, and all other areas with the Greater Golden Horseshoe.

Combined, the owners represent more than 40 years of mortgage industry experience.

Monteiro and Amalfi are both among Mortgage Alliance’s top 5% agents (Canada-wide) in terms of mortgage volume.

In addition, “both existing franchises have a strong team of mortgage brokers and agents with vast experience and have impressive status within the top 10%,” according to the announcement.
