Michelle’s thirty years of industry experience led to a position as a Divisional Vice President of Orion Lending.  Lending is a dynamic industry that has been especially rife with change in the past decade, a period Michelle has capitalized on.  She’s used her mentoring skills to identify and hone promising talent, building solid sales leaders whose success begets loyalty and a collective vested interest in the success of the company.  Fostering an environment like this is a daunting task in a competitive sales job, more so in one with normally high turnover and one that has not historically welcomed women in executive sales roles.  Orion lending’s intuitive ownership and Michelle’s ability to remove obstacles have forged a path wide enough for several women to march with her towards top earner status.   

As more qualified woman move into executive roles in the mortgage industry to work alongside the multitude of qualified men,  Michelle will still stand apart as a trailblazing woman whose success is easily quantified by the success of her clients and employees.
