Coldwell Banker appoints exec to lead Mid-Atlantic operations

NRT, the nation’s largest brokerage, has announced the appointment of Richard Fleischer as the president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Mid-Atlantic.

As president, he will oversee daily operations of the company’s 28 offices in Greater Baltimore, Greater Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.

Most recently, Fleischer was the regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida. Before that, he served as the relocation manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida and Southern California.
