America's largest home lender to feature independent brokers on its website

Rocket Mortgage unveils national broker directory

Rocket Mortgage, formerly Quicken Loans Mortgage Services, has unveiled a national directory, which not only features 43,000 Rocket Mortgage loan officers but every mortgage broker in the country.

The Detroit-based mortgage giant announced Wednesday that homebuyers and those looking to refinance their current loan can now look for a local independent broker through the new national directory on the Rocket Mortgage website. The company said that placing its broker partners on the website, which sees nearly 115,000,000 visitors annually, is proof of its commitment to helping mortgage professionals grow their business.

“This new resource is not about us; it’s about giving consumers more choice and assuring they know how an independent loan officer in their community can help them,” said Austin Niemiec, executive vice president of Rocket Pro TPO. “Brokers are now featured on one of the most well-known mortgage websites in the country. Whenever Americans see the Rocket Mortgage brand during an NFL game, on HGTV or while watching eSports, it can lead them to their local mortgage professional.”

Rocket Mortgage also said that they have a “very special advertisement” lined up in addition to its usual advertising during the Super Bowl. The firm shared that exclusive advertisement will be dedicated to brokers and can lead homebuyers to a mortgage professional through the new directory.

“At our core, we are obsessed with providing Americans an incredible process through our powerful Rocket technology platform and infrastructure. There are many ways to receive this experience, no matter how they apply for a mortgage – including our Rocket Pro TPO national network of broker partners,” Rocket Mortgage CEO Jay Farner said. “Our clients deserve the opportunity to easily choose the method that makes them most comfortable. This directory truly puts the power of choice into their hands.”
