He brings 14 years of lending experience to the role
Aggregator outsource Financial has expanded its state leadership team with the addition of Mark Windram (pictured) as relationship manager.
Windram, who has 14 years of lending experience and a four-year tenure at the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia (FBAA), is expected to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role at the national aggregator group.
His appointment means Windram is the eight member of outsource Financial state leadership team.

“I’m incredibly excited to get into the next phase of my career, especially with the opportunity to operate within my home stat,” Windram said. “The aspect I’ve always enjoyed most about any role I’ve had is working with brokers. I found myself wanting to be more involved in their success and growth, and in my experience, that aligns perfectly with the ethos and culture of outsource Financial.
“Given my lending background, I’m keen to hit the ground running, meet the WA brokers, and start workshopping solutions for whatever they need to throw at me. I’m ready.”

Tanya Sale, chief executive of outsource Financial, expressed confidence in Windram’s ability to boost the company’s presence in Western Australia.
