Annual search for the best places to work is back
MPA has launched the search to uncover the Top Mortgage Employers in Australia for 2023.
Mortgage companies across the country are invited to put themselves forward by filling out an employer form detailing their various offerings and practices. Once employer entries are complete, participating companies will receive an anonymous survey to be distributed internally so employees can evaluate their workplace on several metrics.
Employee survey results will then determine which companies will be recognised as employers of choice.
Entry via this online form is open to mortgage companies with at least 10 employees.
Submission of employer entries closes Friday, June 2.
Participation in this annual ranking provides opportunities for businesses looking to build their profiles in the industry.
The Top Mortgage Employers 2023 will be published on the MPA website in September.
