Industry gearing up for the Australian Mortgage Awards

The mortgage and finance industry is gearing up for the 2023 Australian Mortgage Awards, in what promises to be a sell-out event.

There’s unprecedented interest in the AMAs with more than 600 tickets already sold. On Friday, 13 October 2023, lenders, brokers, brokerages, aggregators, BDMs and industry representatives will gather for the industry’s most prestigious annual event to honour the “best of the best” in the business.

The black tie gala dinner will be held at the Star Event Centre, Sydney. Hosted by comedian and broadcaster Merrick Watts, the Australian Mortgage Awards recognise and celebrate excellence in areas such as service delivery, innovation, professionalism and/or leadership.

The 2023 excellence awardees have now been announced and the countdown is on to find out who will be the deserving winners this year.

MFAA CEO Anja Pannek (pictured above) said that the peak industry body was proud to sponsor the Brokerage of the Year (1-5 staff) award at the Australian Mortgage Awards this year, for which there are nine excellence awardees (finalists).

Congratulating the awardees in all categories, Pannek said that she looked forward to seeing everyone join together to recognise and celebrate the winners and the collective achievements of the mortgage and finance industry.

“Amazing work happens every day right across the mortgage and finance broking industry,” Pannek said. “It’s important that we recognise and celebrate those achieving standout success and delivering consistent and exceptional customer outcomes.”
