The mortgage executive will serve as chief revenue officer
Equity Prime Mortgage (EPM) has announced the appointment of Philip Mancuso as chief revenue officer. Mancuso previously served as the company’s chief financial officer.
As CRO, Mancuso will continue to cover finance, government-sponsored enterprises, and Ginnie Mae securitization and delivery, as well as secondary marketing, capital markets, and fulfillment.
Mancuso joined EPM as chief investment officer in 2013. In January 2019, the company promoted Mancuso to chief financial officer. He has more than three decades of experience in banking, credit analysis, FHA financing, VA loans and federal law.
"We are extremely excited to provide this internal growth to those leaders we feel can make the organization greater, and Phil has certainly proved his worth to EPM," said EPM President Eddy Perez.
